Ingredient:
1 packet soybeans,

250 ml broth (tomato juice),

Preparation:
Boil the soybeans in salted water. After they have boiled, we strain them and let them drain. We clean the onion and cut it into small pieces. We clean the mushrooms and cut them into cubes. We put the cleaned carrots on the large grater.
Heat the oil and heat the vegetables one by one. We start with onions, add the carrots and finally add the mushrooms together with the previously washed and drained rice. Let it harden until the juice left by the mushrooms evaporates and then add enough water to cover the rice a little. Let it boil until the rice is half cooked. Set aside and add the cooked soybeans. Season with salt, pepper to taste and add 1 teaspoon of paprika, mix to blend all.
The filling being done we take care of the cabbage. We put boiling water in which we put 1 tablespoon of salt. We remove the spine from the cabbage, and when the water boils we scald them. We detach the leaves and place them in a bowl where we let them cool and then with a knife we ​​cut the thicker ribs on the surface of the sheets.
Now all we have to do is fill the sheets with the prepared filling as described above (See the filling method if you are a beginner in cooking). We cut the rest of the cabbage that we have left and place a part in the pot in which we will boil the sarmalele and over it we place the stuffed sarmalute. Sprinkle a few peppercorns on top, 1 teaspoon marjoram, add about 1 teaspoon of salt.

With the rest of the cabbage, cover the sarmales and pour the broth (tomato juice) on top.

Place the sticks one by one in an oil-free pan and heat on both sides.

Method of preparation
