Fans of my Instagram account have already seen the recipe. It is a dish from the "2 in 1" series, ie garnish and meat in the same tray. It's not the first time I've made these roasts and I can tell you now that they can withstand freezing very well. You can make a larger quantity, then freeze them in portions. After slow thawing, just heat them and you have the meal ready.
- 300 g cabbage
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 small onion or 2-3 sprigs of green onion
- salt, spices
- 3 eggs
Finely chop the cabbage with a knife, then rub between your fingers to soften.
Mix together with the minced meat, chopped onion, eggs, salt and spices.
Divide the composition into equal pieces, for example, in 12. Shape the roasts, ie flattened meatballs, about 1-2 cm thick. Place the roasts in a tray, on baking paper, sprinkle with olive oil and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees C, about 30-40 minutes.
Serve with sour cream or mustard. I also go great with leurd pesto, because it's still the season.

For any housewife to cook fasting sarmale with soy in cabbage leaves is a challenge, and this is because, at first glance, this dish is not as attractive for those accustomed to the "sweet" menus. But as sarmalele is one of the most popular dishes, we guarantee that, although it does not contain meat, this dish is one of the tastiest fasting options.

- & # 183 If you put chicken (paprika) butter and cheese (I recommend with confidence) you only put them at the end. Stir until completely melted / combined, leave for 2 min. to rest. But you serve hot. Along with 1 glass of red wine. : D
- It is a simple recipe and available to anyone. A delight! You don't have to take my word for it, try it and see for yourself.

The cabbage is unwrapped in sheets, washed and left to dry if necessary, the sheets are drained.
Peel an onion, wash it and cut it into small pieces, clean the carrot, wash it and grate it finely.
The soybeans are soaked in 100 ml of water for 20 minutes.
Put the frying pan on the fire and pour the oil, when it has heated add the onion and the carrot, mix until the onion has a golden color, then put the rice and a little water (about 100ml) let it boil. When the rice is slightly boiled, add 2 tablespoons of broth dissolved in a little water, mix with a spoon, leave for a few minutes (3-4) and turn off the heat. Let the composition cool.
In the cooled composition we add the soybeans drained and squeezed by the excess water, dill, salt and pepper. Homogenize and season if necessary.
Cabbage leaves are portioned about the size of the palm.
We put the sheet in the left palm and with a spoon we take it from the composition and we put it on the leaf then we roll it taking care to cover the ends. In a large saucepan, place the cabbage leaves and the sauerkraut side by side in layers. Chop a few cabbage leaves over them, put water and put them in the oven heated over low heat. After 30 minutes, while we look in the oven (if the water has dropped, we add a little more) we put the borscht, broth, a hot pepper and salt after tasting the juice. Let it boil, checking that the juice does not drop, boil it over low heat.
They are ready when the cabbage is soft and the rice is cooked. We take out a sarmaluta on a plate and taste it.
It can be served hot with polenta and hot peppers, but also cold.
Cabbage soup with potatoes
What could be better than a bowl of hot soup on a rainy day? Nothing more, I tell you! And our recipe today will show you how to prepare the best cabbage soup with potatoes. It is delicious and full of nutrients. I will tell you everything you need to know about it in the lines below!
Potatoes are among my favorite ingredients around the world because they are very tasty and versatile. And you probably already know that I've experimented a lot with potatoes so far & ndash since Fries to potato curry, burritos with potatoes and muffins with potatoes, I absolutely liked them all!
And I'm not even talking about cabbage & hellip. I strongly believe that cabbage is among the most underrated vegetables in our & ldquoarsenalul & rdquo. It is very cheap, extremely versatile and, of course, very tasty. So I think we should use it more often in our daily recipes, not just in cabbage salad served as a side dish! If you want to try more cabbage recipes in the near future, I recommend these cabbage hash browns low carb or this vegan lasagna with cabbage.
Or, even better, I recommend you try this cabbage soup with potatoes directly if you want a comforting dish. It looks so good to me that it's the second time I've prepared it this week! & # 128578
What I like most about this cabbage soup with potatoes is that it is very easy to make. You just have to boil the ingredients and & hellip the soup is almost ready. And if we talk about costs, believe me, the list of ingredients is very "friendly" with the wallet. Cheaper and better than possible!
And potatoes and cabbage are cheap ingredients, which can be found in any store or market, so you will not have to look for all sorts of complicated ingredients to make this recipe. You may even already have all the necessary ingredients in the kitchen or pantry already!
I added a little rice milk and vegan rice (or soy) cooking cream in this recipe to add flavor. I don't like tasteless soups at all! It seems to me that there is no pleasure when you eat them, no matter how healthy they are. So my soups and broths are always full, healthy and very fragrant, just like this cabbage soup with potatoes! & # 128521
Well, now I'd like to share a little secret with you. If you're as lazy as I am, you'll love this idea.
I don't like cutting small vegetables for soup at all. Over the years, I have found some clever solutions to avoid this & ndash often use frozen mixes for soup or broth or & hellip dried vegetables. Yes, my dried vegetable mix is "my secret basket" when it comes to preparing soup or food.
The mixture of dried vegetables I use is prepared in equal quantities (50g each) of carrot, parsnip, celery, leustean, parsley, onion and peppers. I bought them from driedfruits.ro, but they can also be found on other similar sites or they can be bought in bulk from stores with natural products.
I put them all in a jar and when I need it I mix it a little more (the greens tend to be left at the bottom) and put it in the food. The vegetables are hydrated and will look like fresh chopped vegetables!
It is also the ideal option for the lazy, like me. & # 128578 Preparing any soup takes extremely little time and comes out delicious every time! Simple, fast and very efficient.
So, after you have prepared the potatoes, cabbage and the dried vegetable mix we were talking about, all you need is some onions, rice milk and sour cream for vegan cooking. Add a little dill and some pepper and the list of ingredients is ready. You will get a very good cabbage soup with potatoes, full of healthy vegetables, ideal for lunch on a sad winter day. Let's cheer up a little, I say!
I hope you try this cabbage soup with potatoes soon. It's the perfect season for her! And if you decide to try it, tell me how it turned out. I enjoy cooking!
Soy cabbage rolls with created cabbage
1 packet soybeans,
2 pcs. onion,
2 pcs. carrot,
300 g mushroom mushrooms,
150 g of rice,
salt, pepper to taste,
1 teaspoon executioner,
100 ml oil,
250 ml broth (tomato juice),
1-2 heads of cabbage created,
Boil the soybeans in salted water. After they have boiled, we strain them and let them drain. We clean the onion and cut it into small pieces. We clean the mushrooms and cut them into cubes. We put the cleaned carrots on the large grater.
Heat the oil and heat the vegetables one by one. We start with onions, add the carrots and finally add the mushrooms together with the previously washed and drained rice. Let it harden until the juice left by the mushrooms evaporates and then add enough water to cover the rice a little. Let it boil until the rice is half cooked. Set aside and add the cooked soybeans. Season with salt, pepper to taste and add 1 teaspoon of paprika, mix to blend all.
The filling being done we take care of the cabbage. We put boiling water in which we put 1 tablespoon of salt. We remove the spine from the cabbage, and when the water boils we scald them. We detach the leaves and place them in a bowl where we let them cool and then with a knife we cut the thicker ribs on the surface of the sheets.
Now all we have to do is fill the sheets with the prepared filling as described above (See the filling method if you are a beginner in cooking). We cut the rest of the cabbage that we have left and place a part in the pot in which we will boil the sarmalele and over it we place the stuffed sarmalute. Sprinkle a few peppercorns on top, 1 teaspoon marjoram, add about 1 teaspoon of salt.
With the rest of the cabbage, cover the sarmales and pour the broth (tomato juice) on top.
Fill with enough water to cover the cabbage rolls and then boil them over low heat.

Homemade vegetarian or fasting shaorma
If you want to find something quickly and to everyone's liking, I recommend Shaorma, whether you want to fast or not, the steps are about the same.
- stick & # 8211 to find in almost any supermarket. I took from Kaufland, where there are various, including seeds, bran or Mediterranean herbs
- a bag of sliced soy
- a small cabbage or half a large cabbage
- vegetable mayonnaise
- pickled cucumbers & # 8211 about half a jar. Here you can put if you want and donuts in vinegar or vegetables: tomatoes and cucumbers
- garlic & # 8211 5 puppies
- optional & # 8211 sauce with cells, if you want it spicy
Boil the soybeans according to the instructions on the package, then drain the water well, cut them into slices and fry them in a pan, in oil, adding various spices: salt, pepper, paprika if you like.
Finely chop the cabbage, knead with salt then mix with half a tube of mayonnaise.
Cut the cucumbers into slices, and pass the garlic and mix with the other half of the mayonnaise tube.
Place the sticks one by one in an oil-free pan and heat on both sides.
Spread a layer of cabbage with mayonnaise on a stick, put, in the order you want, cucumbers, french fries, soy, garlic sauce (about 2 teaspoons) and chili sauce.
Put them all in, leaving one end of the glue to come over the contents, then roll it by passing a part of the glue over the filling, squeeze it lightly, roll it to the end and & # 8230. gata shaorma.
Method of preparation
First, wash the cabbage and if it is too salty, keep it in cold water for 2-3 hours. The soy slices are boiled for 15 minutes in water in which I added pepper and vegeta. When they are boiled, they are taken out in a strainer, all the water is pressed out and when they cool, they are passed through the mincer. Cut the onion into cubes and put the carrot on a small grater.
Put about 50 ml of oil in a saucepan. When it heats up, add the onion and let it soften for a few minutes until you add the carrot. After 5 minutes, put the rice that has been washed in cold water and cook together.
Add a cup of water, vegeta, pepper, thyme and paprika. When the water drops, set aside and leave to cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the cabbage leaves. Put the rice composition over the soy given through the mincer and mix well. If necessary, add more spices. Roll the cabbage rolls and put them in a pan on the bottom of which I put chopped cabbage and bay leaves. Sprinkle spices between the cabbage rolls, put cabbage leaves on top, add a cup of wine, oil, and fill with enough water to cover the cabbage rolls. Put directly in the oven over low heat for about 4 hours. Water is added from time to time.
Half an hour before turning off the heat, add broth or tomato juice, as desired.
