  • Powdered Sugar Confectioners Sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 Cup packed Brown Sugar or Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cups strawberries, cut into thick slices
  • 1/2 Cup crème de cassis liqueur
