Italian Cheeseburger Ingredients

Cooking Italian cheeseburgers:

Step 1: Pre-prepare the ingredients.

Peel the onion and garlic and rinse thoroughly under running water. Next, cut them into small cubes. Cut canned tomatoes into 4-6 parts. Pour a little olive oil into a dry frying pan and heat it over medium heat. Add the onion to the oil and fry it until tender golden color, stirring occasionally. Then we send garlic, tomato paste and chopped canned tomatoes to the pan. Sprinkle abundantly with basil, mix and simmer on moderate heat for about 10 minutes.

Step 2: Cooking Cheeseburger Cutlets.

Cut the cheese into thin slices. Cut buns lengthwise and half. Gently pull out the crumb from their lower part and slightly soak it in a small amount of water or milk. Ground beef (previously thawed if necessary) is mixed with squeezed softened crumb. Salt and pepper the mass, after which we form 4 round (in shape and size of buns) patties with slightly moistened hands. To do this, grab one fourth of the minced meat with your hands, roll it in your palms into a ball, and then sew on it a little on both sides to get a two-sided plane. Next, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and heat it. Fry on both sides cutlets until golden brown. In time, this procedure will take no more 5-7 minutes.

Step 3: Form a Cheeseburger.

Lubricate the lower halves of the buns with a thin layer of butter. But not all the quantities indicated in the recipe, as we still need it later. Then visually halve the fried tomato mass. And distribute one half of the 4 rolls, laying it directly in the recess of the lower part of the roll. Place cutlets on top of the sauce, pour the sauce over them again on top with a spoon. Put slices of cheese on this whole composition (you can use only half of the available cheese). Cover the cheeseburger with the top half of the bun, greased with butter on top. Gently press the product on top for better bonding of its components. We wrap each hamburger in parchment paper and lay them on a baking sheet in this form. We heat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees and send our products to the brazier. Bake for 10 minutes with stable temperature 190-200 degrees. Then we unfold the parchment and spread the remaining slices of cheese on top. Already in expanded form, bake the product for about 5 minutes. During this time, the cheese will melt, and the cheeseburger will get crisp.

Step 4: Serve Italian Cheeseburger.

Cheeseburgers served on a platter or on a wide, warm dish. They can not even be removed from parchment so that they stay warm longer. Be sure to serve a drink with a dish, be it tea or juice. Perfectly combined with cheeseburgers any vegetable salad or french fries. The finished dish can be decorated with fresh sprigs of basil or sprinkled with a pinch of dried grass.
