Cooking shrimps under a fur coat:

Step 1: Prepare and grind the salad ingredients.

Just pierce the tuber with a tableware and, if it passes easily, then the potatoes are ready. Drain the water, cool the tubers and then peel them. Rub on a coarse grater and set aside for now. Put the chicken eggs in a pan, fill completely with water, add a pinch of salt and set to boil on a strong fire, and when the water boils, weaken the flame and cook them for at least 8 minutes. Then place the eggs under cold running water, cool. Peel and grate the potatoes in a coarse grater, set aside. Now pour into a clean pan approximately 2-2.5 water, salt, add peppercorns and bay leaf, put on high heat, bring to a boil. When the water boils, add peeled shrimp to the pan, cook over medium heat, for about 5 minutes. If you still use it, the shrimps are in shell, then clean them after cooking. Cut each boiled and peeled shrimp in half.

Step 2: Lay the ingredients in layers in a salad bowl.

Lubricate the bottom of the serving bowl with a layer of mayonnaise. Put half on it, of the total number of shredded shrimp. Brush the layer again with mayonnaise. Next lay out layers in the following sequence: potatoes + mayonnaise, eggs + mayonnaise, the second half of shrimp + mayonnaise. Try to lay each layer evenly. Distribute and fix it with a tablespoon. On top of all this, lay a solid layer of caviar. Now the salad must be covered with a plate or lid on top and put in the refrigerator for 6 hours (all night long), so that he, as expected, has time to soak.

Step 3: Serve the shrimp under the fur coat salad.

After the specified time, remove the salad from the refrigerator and proceed to decorate it. Cut the lemon into thin slices, place it on top of the salad. Rinse the parsley under water and drain, decorate the salad with its twigs. If there are boiled shrimps, then they can also be used to decorate the dish. Good appetite!
