Therefore, it is best to separate the orange components in advance and arrange them in separate containers, so that you have enough to prepare the dough and to prepare the glaze. And to preserve the freshness of the zest and juice for the glaze, we wrap the dishes in which we put these ingredients in plastic wrap and put them in a refrigerator for storage.

The dough should not be liquid, but soft and elastic.
