Cooking potato patties with crab sticks:

Step 1: prepare the potatoes.

After the allotted time, we check the readiness of the potatoes with a fork. If the potato slices have become soft and easily pierced with improvised tools, then - the potatoes are ready and you can turn off the burner. Holding the kitchen tack, slightly open the pan lid, drain the water through the hole formed directly into the sink. We can shift the potatoes themselves with a tablespoon into a deep bowl. And now with the help of a pusher, we push the potatoes to a state of mashed potatoes. Attention: it is necessary to grind so boiled vegetable so that lumps form as little as possible. Put ready mashed potatoes aside to cool to room temperature.

Step 2: prepare the crab sticks.

We take out the frozen crab sticks in advance from the refrigerator and set aside to defrost to room temperature. After that, remove the protective film from the ingredient and put it on a cutting board. In order not to stretch the process of preparing crab sticks with a knife, we use a coarse grater and simply grind the component to the state of the chip. We get quite large pieces. After that, with clean hands, we transfer the seafood into a free plate.

Step 3: prepare hard cheese.

Hard cheese as well as crab sticks, grind with a coarse grater. After - immediately transfer the ingredient to a free plate.

Step 4: prepare the carrots.

With clean, but always wet (so that the minced potato does not stick), we collect a small amount of potato mass in our hands and form a cutlet from it. After that, roll breadcrumbs on all sides and for now put them aside on a cutting board. And now we repeat the procedure first and so on until we run out of potato mince. We put a frying pan with a small amount of oil on medium heat and wait for the oil to warm up well. After that, we make the fire less than average and carefully place the cutlets with our hands in the container at a small distance from each other. Fry the dish on both sides until golden brown. And so that the patties do not burn at the base, from time to time we check the degree of readiness by lifting the patties with a wooden spatula from the bottom edge. Ready potato patties with crab sticks are transferred to a serving dish. Attention: if necessary, add a small amount of vegetable oil to the pan and again put a new batch of dishes into the container.

Step 6: serve potato patties with crab sticks.

The finished dish, while it is still hot, can and should be served at the table. For a more aesthetic appearance, potato patties can be sprinkled with finely chopped green onions.
