Cooking Baked Potatoes with Chicken Fillet:

Step 1: The first layer is the potato.

Potatoes are salted to taste and slightly peppery, after which it must be thoroughly mixed in a bowl. A baking sheet or pan is greased with vegetable oil. Then chopped potatoes are laid out on it with an even thin layer.

Step 2: The next layer is the chicken fillet.

Chicken fillet is considered the most tender meat, besides easily digestible. That is why its use in this dish is justified, as it compensates for baked potatoes. Thaw the fillet and rinse well in water. After that, you need to cut it into medium-sized pieces. Chicken fillet is a little salted. If you have the most favorite seasonings for meat, you can also use them for dressing fillets. Chicken meat is laid out on the next layer on the potatoes.

Step 3: The last layer is cheese and mayonnaise dressing.

Hard cheese should be grated and mixed with mayonnaise. We pass the peeled and well washed garlic through a press and also add to the mass. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous cheese-mayonnaise mass is obtained. With this dressing, a thick uniform layer we cover the entire surface of the chicken fillet. This is the final layer of the dish.

Step 4: Serve the baked potatoes with chicken.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We send the pan to the oven. At this temperature, the dish is baked for about 50 minutes. The finished dish has a bright golden hue of the crust and a bright characteristic aroma. Baked potatoes with chicken can be cut into squares and put on plates.
