Stove, Kettle, Measuring cup for water, Paper kitchen towels, Deep stewpan with a lid - 2 pieces, Coarse grater, Teapot, Fine mesh sieve, Cutting board, Teaspoon, Tea cup, Tea saucer, Sieve for filtering tea

Making orange tea:

Step 1: prepare the water.

We turn on the stove to a strong level, put on it a kettle with 1 liter of pure distilled water and bring the liquid to a boil.

Step 2: prepare the zest.

While the kettle is heating, we wash the orange under cold running water, getting rid of any kind of pollution. Then we dry the citrus with paper kitchen towels to prevent excess moisture. Take a deep stewpan and use a coarse grater to rub the orange zest into it, removing only the top orange layer of the peel.

Step 3: make orange tea.

Now pour into the teapot 200 milliliters of hot water, and 500 pour milliliters of boiling water over the orange zest.

We cover the container with citrus peels with a lid and let them brew, and heat up a small teapot, we devote to this process 10 minutes. About 6 - 7 minutes infusion, re-heat the water remaining in the kettle.

Step 4: bring the tea to full readiness.

Then using a sieve with a fine mesh, filter the orange tincture into another clean stewpan, put it on a plate included in a strong level, bring the aromatic liquid to a boil and immediately rearrange the stewpan on a cutting board.

After the water in the teapot heats up, pour the already cooled liquid from the teapot and pour it over with fresh boiling water. Then pour in the teapot 2 teaspoons of black tea, pour the tea leaves with hot orange tincture, cover the container with a lid and allow the drink to brew, it’s enough 5 - 7 minutes.

Now we put a cup on the tea saucer, and on top we put a small strainer on it, pour the brewed orange tea through it and serve it hot to the table.

Step 5: serve orange tea.

Orange tea is served hot, but it can also be chilled if desired. By tradition, sugar, cream and milk are served separately for tea. The taste of this drink will exceed all your expectations, regular tea will turn into a magnificent "citrus nectar", which is not only pleasant, but also very useful on hot summer days! Enjoy it!
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- If desired, juice of 1 orange can be added to the orange tincture before boiling again.
