Cheese and Potato Sandwich

Ingredients for making a cheese sandwich with potatoes

  5. Onion 1 small head

Making a cheese sandwich with potatoes:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Turn on the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees. Peel the onion, wash and chop on the board as finely as possible. The procedure is very tearful, but necessary. Place the feta cheese in a separate bowl and fork it to a mushy state. To clean the boiled potato from the skin and grate it on a coarse grater. Then mix the feta cheese with finely chopped onions, butter and grated potatoes. Mix. Drive a raw egg, pepper a little and with a fork mix everything thoroughly again until a homogeneous mass is formed. Rinse lettuce leaves and dill under running water.

Step 2: making sandwiches.

On a slice of rye bread with a knife, smear the resulting mass and place it on a baking sheet. So do with all the bread slices. Put the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake until golden brown. It will take about 5-7 minutes approximately.

Step 3: serve.

Sandwiches are almost ready. We take them out of the oven, decorate with lettuce and sprigs of dill. Serve hot, cold, they lose their taste a little. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - butter, in extreme cases, can be replaced with good margarine.

- - You can also add fresh or pickled cabbage to boiled potatoes. In this case, it must be laid on top of the plastered mass, and only then decorate with greens.
